My generic point is, a small but steady rise is not a bad thing right now, before news etc. After many expected things fall into place, that have been brought up many times per week, that may change drastically.
If enough positive events get to investors over shorter periods of time, than they have in the last 16 months give or take, getting past resistance levels could become a moot point...IMO.
This is not to say we have not received many positive PR's, wins etc, but if the quantity of same ramps up and comes at us steady and much faster, the over all land scape could be much different.
Bottom line, these are exciting times from where I sit.
It's the waiting game that's tuff for me at times, but that quickly fades when I give it enough thought.
