On Mar 17 we closed at .175

And Sept 25, 2008 we closed at .155

So I see it as no progress, that's what the numbers say.

What we need is a settlement with Samsung, a large amount, until that happens the market has not even looked at us.

Six settlements and no siginificant price change.
