As for the pps...trapped in a narrow range with an upward trend as of late even in the face of the company's best year ever with prospects for it to continue for years.

The pps is not moving up because there are not more buyers than sellers...that simple.

What motivates anyone to buy? The prospects that their investment will move up quickly and/or steadily.

When investors get excited at an opportunity they buy.
