I don't know where the top will be but I do know momentum and I certainly wouldn't fight it after waiting this long.

I have always maintained that the patents are a key asset. They are real despite some very feverish attempts by some to make us think otherwise and viewing that in the right light can focus their importance to a much larger market.

Given the right set of circumstances, the size of these billion $$ flash markets, the number of infringers and infringing products, DM's current posturing, the right article mention or mutual fund participation and EDIG could be right back at the top of the charts.

Whether that is $1 or $10 remains to be seen but as an investor you can bet I won't stand in the way of the market forces. Why would any investor do that?

If someone's market analysis and risk taking strategy brings them to the conclusion to take a position, that's their call.
