IMHO, Ronron was simply buying "flippable shares" in anticipation of a positive 10k coming out, whenever it does. If the pps appreciates .05 and he sells the 200k, he makes a quick $10,000. Not bad on a 32k investment held for a week or two!

IMHO, the settlements will be lumped together but as time passes and the defendents change, it's not going to matter what they think we received from others because each new situation will be separate and different from the others, so the settlement requirements will be different.
