For some reason I had it in the back of my mind that Vivitar was considered bankrupt.....I new Syntax was out in front of them with their problems, I thought Vivitar had direct problems of its own as well.

So, with new thoughts, Sakar seems to have gotten Vivitar assets in a less deceptive looking deal.

With that, I guess the problems of Syntax are not managed through our judicial system.....kind of leaving our case in the air?
