I am an investor in Star Scientific , the case is still on going and is expected to be given to the jury tomorrow 06/12/09 or Monday 06/15/09. Tomorrow will end the third week of the trial. The trial is being held in the federal district court Baltimore MD.

There is a lot of interest in the outcome of this trial .

I am obviously hoping STSI will prevail or be bought out by RJR .

It is possible there may be a settlement prior to it going to the jury .
