I was told that the 10k was in the hands of the auditors and the timing of the release depended on how busy they were. IMHO, if it`s early it won`t be by much. I don`t believe that the scheduling of the ASM will coincide with the release of the financials and be late enough in July or even August, to permit guidance for the present quarter.

The statement from the last update, ``The company also reported it has more than $1.2 million in a combination of orders and advance payments (customer deposits) to date in fiscal 2006.`` represents a difference in how deposits are received. It`s not just 50% up front. Apparently monies are received along the way as progress with an order is made. It`s not necessarily a guage as to what quarterly revenues may be. BTW Ryan Air and Jetsgo did affect last Q`s revenues. players were reacquired and replacement skins were made. In spite of that apx 500k was generated in new business last Q.

I confirmed Franks information about PR`s (multiple)occurring thru the remainder of the present Q and into next Quarter. Take that for what it`s worth. Guidance like this has happened before with mixed results. IMHO this is real as confidence was expressed and exuberent.
