If we filed back in March of last year, and our fiscal year ended March of this year so actually we are talking about one full year, and if DM got their 40% cut as per the contract then they got approx. $4 Mil., assuming they worked on our case 40 hrs. a week times 52 weeks equals 2080 hours , so on average they made approximately $1,900 an hour. if the average IP attorney makes $400 to $700 an hour then IMVHO it is worthy to pursue the rest of the infringers.
