The Q results and guidence offered yesterday, is all that can be offered.

When DM files the next round, EDIG will put it in a PR.

If we settle with Samsung...same.

If we sign up parternerships...same.

The timing of future events are unknown, have not materialized as yet, so they are not in yesterdays guidence letter....simple as that.

IMO, the market is not concerned, they are just not reacting on this news alone.

Why should we throw $$$$ at R&D, when IP licencing is the key focus the last 18+ months? Why eat up $$$$ on R&D, when also being focused on partnerships? I'd say this was a move that had to be made.

I understand your comments and reason for concern, but I'm looking at it from a cup 1/2 full point of view.
