The company already told shareholders the early rounds were to snag the low hanging fruit. They did just that and are much more financially sound as a result.

That was a key order of business to get their house in order, reduce debt, not be in a position to issue more shares and have working capital in hand with 0% interest.

All signs indicate that the next round is coming.

Some will choose to doubt that all day long, until it happens, then they will discount it and doubt something else, and then wonder why the pps is not where it should be.
