point we are going to have to learn how to at least co-exist. Oz, while I truly respect your judgement and always look forward to your posts, I'm not sure I can agree with you on the price per share in a buyout. We can't simply look at P/E and the number of shares outstanding (BTW, I know that was not your formula). There is a lot of lost revenue to e.Digital in the form of patent violations that have to be factored in. I have no idea how much past infringement is worth, but I am convinced it is significant or I wouldn't be here. I put some stock in the $21 figure if RP was willing to put it out in a public forum. He would certainly have more knowledge of lost earnings information than you or I. Hope you are well, my frined, and have totally recovered from your past medical problems. Regards\
