People have mentioned the trial as holding back compay communications about further list of infringers, etc. If they are still holding that can in the bag, why not just say so..."We WILL release more information regarding the next round of patent infringers at the conclusion of the digecor trial." This would create more reassurance with investors for future results. Doesn't give away any business secrets or hamper DM's efforts in any way.

Instead of what we got "we look forward to additional legal and licensing activity with new licensee prospects and continued IP-related revenues this fiscal year."

I understand this is alot about semantics but better communications would go a long way in shoring up confidence. (from folks who aren't the regular optimists on agora). Better communications will ease the minds of the "doubters" who question management but are more cautious in their assessment of "soons" and "expects".
