Please use the cash in hand wisely!

-If truely nothing is happening on the portable eVu, keep overhead expenses down.

- If there is nothing to promote in a way to promote shareholder value, do not use funds for marketing expenses.

-If there is nothing that can be revealed related to DM patent infringements, please don't create any expectations, just give us the facts when it does occur.

Now, if there is any siginificants funds that is coming to edig or if edig current funds (without causing loss of shareholder value) can be used to add additional technology/patents/acquisitions or mergers of any level do so wisely.

A good example of some of the above is PTSC with there crossflo and related purchases. Seeing PTSC going a different direction in high profile and value added technology was a risky but wise investment by their current CEO.

Now I don't want to knock anyone at edig, considering all of the challenges they had to deal with ......my hats off to them, but if there are substantial funds in the bank at edig, IMO it would be wise to find Corporate officers that can grow the company. Or at the minimum get people or partners to help the company grow.

Now please do not interpret that I am putting down any current employees at edig, but being in business for quite a few years, I know personally I don't have all the expertise in every aspects that is necessary to keep a business thriving. I hire people to do the things I need that are specialist at those positions. I hope I am conveying my thoughts clearly.

These are my wishes and thoughts for edigital.
