If I am not mistaken, we are now in year 3 of an approximate 3 year process to approve the patent. I state this from a brief discussion on the topic during an EDIG visit 9/17/09 with myself, jonthezman and spouse, chatting with RP.

I do not know the date it was submitted, should have asked, but 2010 was understood by our discussion to be year 3.

Would'nt be nice to get the patent approved and a favorable Markman ruling, and 16 defendants all settle this calendar year, assuming none want a trial?

Would that be called "self evident elements?"
