e.Digital needs to win through the current court proceedings.....the I/O as it relates to serialized data arrangements formatted to non-volatile memory.....

LOW HANGING FRUIT is to establish a high speed process....and that is how I have seen it for many years now....longer than these cases have been going on.

The speed of e.Digitals process equates to, a format of serialized data(sophistication unimportant here), and controller read/write combined with a very flexible high-speed cache sequence.

It's what they all want....e.Digital must establish that it's theirs....and I don't care if they do it through collective settlements, or trial.
