I know you don't think that negativity here and elsewhere affects the share price, and I do think that negativity here and elsewhere affects the share price. At the very least, we should be able to agree that negativity, a version of what some would call reality, does not help the share price.

You note that "we can hope that a combimation of new filings and new settlements, improved products sales, and resolution of the Samsung suit will be the spark to market acceptance". that is what we do, hope, and I am not sure how to hope is any way but postively.
