You are right, nobody wants to wait, but guess what, you have been and look to continue to do so.

Would it be worth the wait to go from $5 mil to $11 mil to $20 mil, to $50 mil and see growing profits in the process ???

You're not going to see that with eVU sales anytime soon in this market.

Face it, the IP model has a very high end potential. Company PRs indicate infringing product sales in the billions of dollars.

We'd love to see Q over Q improvement, year over year...and we did this last year.

This year doesn't look as promising because we are in the dark but management seems to think settlement times will be shorter. For that matter we were in the dark most of last year also.

Go figure....I am as confused as anyone why DM is waiting, but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are the legal experts and both they and management have delivered so far on the IP model to date.
