My $64K question...

What is the average time frame after a Markman hearing, before a ruling is handed down?

The Microsoft Markman Ruling article I posted in Presidents DD is the reason for my question.

We seem to be focused on Feb, 2010 as if an immediate decision will be given, and I don't see any reason to think that way.

Someone tell me I'm wrong, and back it up with examples of ruled cases if possible.
