Does DM think that they have already picked all the low hanging fruits? If not why no more law suits at this time?

I doubt it, but even low-hanging fruit should be ripe before picking. As to why no more law suits yet, that could be for any number of reasons. I’m just hoping that extra care is being taken to prepare an air-tight strategy (as much as it is possible to do so). If that be the case, they can have all the time they need.

In the next quarter starting tomorrow, I’m looking forward to seeing:

1. The digEcor case resolved (hopefully without the need for appeal by either side)

2. The 10Q for the first quarter (due 8/15)

3. Additional filings by DM

4. Announcement of the next shareholder’s meeting

5. Next generation eVU announcement (hopefully along with further business)
