Anyway, back to EDIG...my understanding from previous posts is the Feb, 2010 hearing is scheduled for 3 hours, and EDIG does not see fit to bring an expert witness, but Samsung has hired some techy guy. I hope this decision by DM/EDIG means they are extremely confident a witness on our behalf is not needed.

I have no clue how a Markman works time wise, but one would think 30 days or so is a reasonable expectation.
