As I use the computer, "files". "cookies", "history" part of the CACHE gets cluttered up, and the computer response slows down...

So, I go to "Tools" on top of screen, Click on that; next click on "Internet Options", next on "Delete". ..

In Delete screen I click on "files, "cookies", and "History" and then click yes to a screen that asks you are sure you want to delete them...

This speeds up the compter's brain, but you get the "Blue" because you have deleted a "cookie" agora uses to keep the color change on your screen. You have to do what arkie suggests in the following sentence:...

"only turn back Blue after I clean out my Cache! Then i click back where i last clicked to start it up again so i could tell where i had already read."
