Just my observation and IMVHO

LG...LOW HANGING FRUIT (7.7%) = $1.6 mil

Samsung (17.3%), = $3.59 mil based on the percentage 7.7% VS 17.3%.

If we are only going after the phone comapnies now with the percentages above then we should expect about $3.59 million settlement before markman, and if we get a Markman Hearing it will add more Validity to our claim, and that amount might double , and if the Jury throws in Punitive damages then we might be talking about a settlement between $12-15 MIL.

That is why we should not anticipate an early settlement this year, as our rewards are much Higher in 2010 and beyound.
