We all could have had the same concerns last year at this time...in fact, several did.

Did that stop the company from having its shareholders meeting followed by settlement after settlement resulting in a banner and record year, not to again mention, experiencing first time profitability, even though doubt was a topic of conversation daily?

So we are once again between news cycles and here we go again.

Today we all know that the DM model is a viable business plan, which we did not know last year. We also still have SAMSUNG on the hook, not to mention hundreds of companies not yet served by DM....so revenue generation for fiscal 2010 remains very much a possibility.

Do we really all have to resort to hand wringing again?

The company now has cash in the bank while we wait...no financing or dilution in sight and the expectation of another round of infringers to be named. Also, BOW is in the late stages and the threat looks to fizzle.

Compared to years gone by, this is party time ! LOL
