I believe that one of the reasons we are frozen here has to do with the attorneys and potential conflict with the new batch of defendants coming up shortly.

This problem needs to be solved quickly, I had heard that DM was stepping aside to let the potential conflict cases be handled by other attorneys, but I guess progress is moving less than a snail pace.

It has been disappointing to say the least to see this PPS lanquish at these prices when we should be 3 times this value.
