We aren't a bunch of knuckleheads here! LOL. Let's hear some opinions on why DM is waiting to file against more infringers. There has to be a good strategic/legal reason for their delay. I believe DM is prepared to file against a new list of defendants and think the delay is related to Samsung not settling and appearing to go to Markman. It's a timing issue IMO...DM is simply waiting until we get closer to the Markman before filing. Seems to me there'd be more pressure on some new defendants to settle for possibly more money than we've gotten to date with a Markman looming so near. Sunpoop reported there were supposed to be more filings last fiscal year but when Samsung didn't settle, that changed the timeline IMO.
Got to get ready for work. Will check PACER today for digEcor and Samsung filings.
