I can understand not quoting the e-mail from RP because it asked you not to. But that is your misguided choice and not something that is mandated by law...

There is nothing in the underlined statement that you posted which forcloses you from quoting his actual statements here, rather than giving us a paraphrased version...

RP is the officer of a publicly traded company. And by law he is forbidden from dissiminating any information about the affairs of the company "PRIVATELY". Accordingly, by the operation of the law whatever he said to you in his e-mail is "AUTHORIZED" for "DISCLOSURE" period...

Furthermore, your comparison of the email you got from RP to "private-emails" and "PMS" on this chat room is a non-sequitur...

There is no "Courtesy" required not to disclose a salacious unsolicited e-mail, or a P.M. from anyone who arrogate to themselves the right to to insult and generally harrass anyone by the use of airwaves, something they are forbidden from doing in public...
