I also like the fact(or reference) that e.Digital worked diligently to try to mitigate the problem of the missed delivery date(which they did not create).....to the point that they threw some 600 hrs at the problem while digEcor at the same time filed a law suite for monetary gains without any attempt to mitigate.

Can't wait to read the courts decisions.
