I am WAY too dumb to know any of this legal strategy, but if what you stated is true, we actually might see some of that Promised Land well before I thought we would see anything. My guess (more like a WAG) would be after we see the results of a Markman and even then, it is just a start.

I really hope you are on to something here and I certainly know you have forgotten more than I'll ever know about legal strategy.
