There is no cost to EDIG, as DM works on a contingency basis.

DM will likely decide if there is enough at stake to warrant pursuing digecor.

Since there is a cross over with digecor not only being an infringer but also being a competitor with EDIG, there is a lot more at stake than just the surface numbers.
