Actually, it is you who have frequently claimed to have the answers; I never have. I simply pointed out what seemed like inconsistency in your arguments. The onus is really on you, not me, to support your own aggressive arguments. You even state: "I like to think I know a little something about sales and business." I have made no such self-congratulatory statements.
It is really simple:
1) you have continually claimed that product sales, such as those of eVu, are of paramount importance to EDIG's PPS
2) you have downplayed the importance of revenues from IP litigation efforts to EDIG's PPS
3) you have downplayed the importance of the proceedings with digecor to EDIG's PPS
4) you have downplayed any possible association with the digecor case and short and/or long-term eVu sales efforts by EDIG
I am not sure why you stress sales in this business quarter and next business quarter in your last message regarding the digecor case. EDIG needs to plan for both the near term and the long term and maximize revenue from IP litigation and product sales in every way possible. Potentially removing a major competitor could have a huge impact on EDIG sales over the next year and well into the future as IFE and travel and leisure markets improve.
I really fail to understand how you see any chance of EDIG success, as you make countless arguments to the contrary.
best wishes to all,
