even though the company has eliminated debt, had a profitable year and has cash reserves.

Why? Uncertainty regarding the "road map" for this fiscal year because DM has yet to announce the next round of infringers and IFE remains flat.

Hard to get too excited at this point.

Of course a SAMSUNG settlement followed by the next round of infringers being announced would immediately rectify this situation. I would expect to see the volume ramp up and the pps rise in anticipation of DM again doing its thing.

The pps drifts downward on extremely LOW volume...which too will likely change on new patent infringement revelations.

We will see resolution to the digecor case, more cases filed, more settlements and perhaps some life breathed back into the eVU space.

This could be the set up for another banner year or at least the next twelve months trailing from this day forward.
