Well, I say no and only for the reason RP responded to a question at the SHM.

Q: "What about a buy out via a hostile take over?"

A: "That cannot happen, as we have a poison pill."

IMO, poison is spelled POLIS in EDIG language.

I'm not saying BOW might not want to own us, just that a hostile take over is not in the cards, based on RP's comment. With the Polis clan trust etc owning some 10%+ of the current shares outstanding, I don't see it happening.

Then again, if the PPS is right, who cares if it's friendly or not?
