Or another of hundreds of possible scenarios....Infringer #143 somehow gets some inside information about Samsung (Samsung thinks they are going to lose decide to put a bid in for EDIG) Infringer #143 sees the writing on the wall and offers $21/share for EDIG.

Or maybe it's #122 or #100 or #99 or #17 or #175 or #156....

Or maybe EDIG wins dozens more settlements, and buys Digecor.

Or maybe they use the money to buy Mokulele Airlines just for the heck of it which causes Bill Boyers to get an EDIG tatoo since they've helped him twice now make money. The tattoo causes some medical condition and he winds up in the hospital...By this time, however, he is consoled by the fact that aHealtheVU (what a great name for a product) which says "powered by Edigital" is available at his hospital facility.

Who knows...we can all make up scenarios and find facts/suppositions to support that scenario (it's what all the cable news talk show hosts do).

Btw, this doesn't mean I'm negative on the stock...just means I'm negative about endless hypotheticals supported by conjecture.
