Have you ever met Jerry Polis or seen him at a SHM? I suspect you have as a long w/EDIG as many in here have.

I met him around 2003/2004 at EDIG's previous location in Poway at a SHM. He is a very nice Man and extremely well accomplished in business as we all know, and his Son Eric, who I have also met is following in Pop's footsteps. Jerry and I have had some brief conversation at the SHM's, but that's it and he probably won't even remember me, as it was very casual, yet he made a lasting impression. The attention our BOD gives him is very obvious, just ask his Son....

The Polis Trust many say is why we have not closed the doors. Jerry etc is behind EDIG all the way, and to answer your question, I don't feel he would sell that cheap. I have no basis to say that other than my perception of his end goal, and IMO it's not anything close to under a buck. Show me $5-10 and I'll pay more attention.

Our tech is worth more than we are giving ourselves credit for, but exactly what is anyone's guess.
