The comment about this board and the "let's be pleasant to each other" was not addressing you. It was a general comment about the state of this board or more general about the majority of boards although I have to admit I have seen some others that are really obnoxious. This is a feather in the cap of the leadership here. I have not any idea why DM has not filled anything yet but this worries me. It might be due, however,to either that they have found greener pastures some where else or they do not make enough money from the settlements. I hope I am wrong on both accounts. This is my speculation. Concerning the information I required. I talked explicitly about the number and not the content of the settlements or fillings. If DM or Edig had revealed that there is an x number of filling pending, this would have put on notice a number of violators to the effect that their turn is coming up and get them to the negotiating table. This has also been my actual experience. You have admitted a number of points that do not speak well about the management. These are chips on its armor. It would be nice that now and then you mention these along with all the pros you see. Frankly, this would enhance the substance of your posts. Indeed, the world is neither black nor white. It is rather gray. But then again who am I to tell you what to post.
