Raising questions are welcomed if they are addressing "New issues", and if an effort has been made to contact the company management seeking some ANSWERS which are then shared with the board. Just like OZ did few posts earleir...
Posting question to VENT ONE'S SPLEEN is the one that getting OLD, like 10 years old. We all are in the same bag, and there is nothing left about this company that has not been covered...
We wait for the following to happen
1) Judge Waddup issues his decision in degicor case 30 days after case is submitted some time on 7/30/09...
2) Markman Hearing takes place in FebruRY 2010, and a Decision is issued soon thereafter.
3) Any developments before those dates would be welcome surprises...
