the switch to a bit within a cell would have a fixed voltage, in other words, if you have a cell having multi bits, each bit will have a different fixed voltage reference. I note variable...meaning the cell collectively is variable....depending on what bits are programmed.

Perhaps Samsung could come up with a rheostat type configuration to the bit.....lol
