Message: BTG Sues Apple, Dell Over Samsung Flash Chips

1) Why do you think DM has not yet filed the next round of suits since you are apparently not satisfied with the explanations discussed to date?

2) As for those who you attribute the shaping of management's behavior by holding their feet to the fire, please identify what and how management has changed as a direct result of the endless "shaping".

I find management much less open to discussions today than in the past. They have become very guarded imo, perhaps as a result of that "shaping" you reference or maybe just as a result of advice of counsel.

I completely agree EDIG needs to participate in the next "mouse trap", but I have no idea what that is.

Should EDIG have a nice win with SAMSUNG or some other infringer down the line giving them a nice warchest, I would not be opposed to see them bring in some new blood at the top or in engineering. That is not a critcism of current managment but rather a signal to the market that the company is ready to take its business efforts to the next level. And current management should be credited with staying the course and keeping EDIG solvent to allow them to be in the position they are in today....the beginning of a long stream of revenue generation.

And should EDIG continue to ratchet up its monetization effort, continue to ramp up revenues and profits, then that status quo is also OK by me for the time being.
