My point was we don't know why they went from 1 filing and then 6 months later filed 7 more.

That was my point, yet you seem to imply that it will take forever to see anything substantial at this rate. What if they only file one case for the next year but it yields $100 million? At that point who would care about the rate of filings?
Before you define what is reality, why not just wait for reality to unfold, then discuss it. The decision so far was one, then 7 and the results are 6 in a row, one pending and one with an asterisk due to a BK that had nothing to do with EDIG. When they file I will discuss the reality of the day.
