While I don't purport to be an IP expert by any means, it is rather exciting to see EDIG venturing out, not only with respect to audio, but also with video.
How much bigger a picture that encompasses is mind boggling and makes EDIG that much more a threat to all those other infringers yet unnamed.
Good point picking up on the shift to include VIDEO in this particular case.
