I tend to agree with your overall premise, however, I think there are even bigger infringers than SAMSUNG. I have been told that SAMSUNG is right up there with respect to the "fat cats" vs the low hanging fruit but that leaves many more big targets to consider. Also there is the chance of a not so positive outcome, so should they settle and go from $11 million in annual revenues this year to, say $30 Million on a Samsung settlement, for next year, the numbers will continue to impress, both with gross revenues and the all important NET side of the equation. That should really send a message regarding the undervalued PPS. If the market sees EDIG report $5 mil, $11 mil, $30 mil with hundreds of infringers left to go, we should see the pps reflect a growing confidence. Either way SAMSUNG is in the works so an outcome is inevitable one way or another. I am quite fine with your scenario. LOL GO EDIG !
