Trust me on this one - big picture Ricky. It will take much less time over the long run if we take more time now to do it right and create a lot of judicial sledgehammer on our side.

I agree with your statement and hope that DM is ready to go all the way. Unless a ridiculous settlement is agreed upon (something over 100 million) then win or lose I want this edig vs samsung to go all the way. If DM wants to make money, they need to make every other company down the road tremble with fear knowing DM means business and can back it up. A nuisance settlement with samsung is determental to edig financial health (IMO).

I definetly don't want what happened to PTSC in court for edig. I want edig to do or die; I did not invest in this company for a small profit.......I want an insane profit:)

My thoughts are that DM did not get into this for small bucks. I am hopeful that a firm like DM has very bright minds and did a very thorough DD on edig's patents. Can't imagine a firm of this size would not have expected a fight from a company like Samsung with their own high-powered attorneys at some point.

Maybe you can answer this; Would a firm of this size take a contingency case based on a high percentage gamble. ( Yeah, maybe a stupid question) Am open to realistic view whether I agree or disagree, and even if it is not the answer I hope for.
