A positive Markman for the gate principles alone should pretty much stand it on its ear.....where, IMO, at that point it's just the beginning.

The scope is industry wide....where IMO, e.Digital is standing on the next set of standards dealing with audio/video delivery, utilizing any prior file attribute under their proprietary format.
