It's interesting, as they are maybe 9 months or a year farther down the road from us. Immediately after Markman, their SP surged to $5, then fell back quickly to about $2.5.

Then just today, VHC announced a conference call for Thursday "to discuss its current Markman Order in its litigation with Microsoft and the Order's impact on VirnetX's business strategy." The stock rose.47 to $3.
