All the more reason to plan the Markman attack with plenty of infringers during the process. Why would they put themselves in a position of no revenue generation while we wait?

I agree but if I’m interpreting your earlier question and posts correctly, I’m not sure that you’re considering the possibility of what I will call a ‘squeeze play strategy’ by DM. There is still plenty of time to file against additional infringers with the expectation of completed settlements THIS fiscal year as management stated... AND still keep our prized Markman date intact.

We are now less than 8 months (just over 6 now) away from Markman. In less than 2 months (weeks), we’ll have the first quarter report (from which I expect virtually nothing) and hopefully the digEcor decision behind us. I’m guessing that we’ll see more filings shortly after that... sometime in September I’ll say
