At the SHM 9/17/08, 184 infringers were identified by Pat Nunally, but all of them were blanked out on the slide except for the "Mag-7" filed upon in Mar-08, then another slide "accidentily" showed another name, which I think was Nokio but don't quote me on that. Many thought it was a "stunt" vs an accident...who knows?

Per RP that day:

"We have identified 184 infringers and the list may grow."

I have posted this exact statement many times since that day.

There were some posts/rumors that the list had grown to 200, but it did not come from company communications in any form what so ever.

The official number is 184 and always has been, and until EDIG notifies the public otherwise, this is it....
