Pursuant to the instruction of the Court given during this matter, Plaintiff digEcor hereby gives notice of the trial transcript sections that should be redacted, and of the trial exhibits that should be sealed, in order to protect digEcor’s sensitive and proprietary information.

The following portions of the transcript shall be designated as attorneys-eyes only: Pages 514:23 – 515:17. The Courtroom was sealed during this testimony, and digEcor requests that this designation be reflected on the final trial transcript.
