Your attempt to help us all understand the vagaries of Markman is greatly appreciated by most of the board members (including me) but, unfortunately during your journey, you have stepped on a hornet's nest.

There are members here who are combative for combat's sake. My suggestion is to ignore them. There's a bit of envy when they cease to be the center of attention. Like it's been said, "No good deed goes unpunished" and you, sir, are now lashed to the mast.

There is no reward in attempting to debate them. It's a lose/win situation with you left holding the bag. If they're proven wrong, you will get no apology.... only more attacks. Simply put, in the contest between your head and the brick wall.....you lose!! :>)

My guess is one or more of them will try to get me banned because of what I've said. But it happens to those who don't comply with the "rules"and everyone here knows it. If they're successful, so be it. It's been a form of censorship here for some time.
