"This is by all standard law by decree and it is base on nothing but the whims of a single judge and how he feels on the issue at hand. In other words we are in deep do=do."
Normally I would agree, however, seeing the degeneration of this nation...and seeing that a positive result for e.Digital, is in effect, a positive for Corporate America...I'm willing to let it fly.....do or die.
In the end, what it signifies, is, what will become of the future inventors of this nation? If companies like e.Digital prove their inventiveness....yet technically fail under the law.....there is no reason for anyone to invent anything under current law. DM changed that for Markman and others.
"Now lets say that the markman hearing goes our way. There will be appeals after appeals and this can drag on for more years and EDIG just does not have the backing to continue."....It will go to trial first and pass a jury test....
DM has gone all the way to the Supreme Court in the past on behalf of their client ... Markman on appeals.
